What we collect

When you submit a form we collect what you type into it: your name, phone number, email address if you give one, the property address, and anything you tell us about the property. Our server also records the page you submitted from, the site or ad that sent you, your browser and device type, and the time.

Information about other people

If you refer a property to us, you may give us information about the owner of that property. We use it only to try to contact that owner about their property. We do not sell it, rent it, or pass it to another buyer or to a data broker. If you are a property owner and you want to know whether we hold information about you, ask and we will tell you, and we will delete it on request.

Calls, texts and email

When you submit a form you agree that we may call or text you about that property at the number you gave. Those messages are written and sent by a person on their own phone. We do not run an automated texting system and we do not send marketing blasts. Message and data rates may apply. Tell us to stop, in any words, and we stop.

People who provide an email with a referral may receive a short note when a property they referred moves. Every one of those emails has an unsubscribe link, and using it does not remove the referrals already credited to them.

What we do with it

We use what you send to research the property, prepare an offer or a quote, and follow up with you about it. We do not sell your information. We share it only with the people needed to complete a transaction you asked for, such as a title company, and with the services that run this site, such as our email provider and website host.

Analytics

We use Google Analytics to understand which pages people use. It sets cookies and records anonymous usage. It does not receive your name, phone number, or the property address.

How long we keep it

Leads and messages are kept for as long as we are working with you and for a period afterward for our records. You can ask us to delete your information at any time and we will, except where we are required to keep a record of a completed transaction.
