I am not in any trouble. Is this still for me?
Yes, and most of the houses we buy are like that. People move for work, for family, or because the house is bigger than they need. Nothing has to be wrong for selling this way to make sense.
Will I get less than listing it?
Usually, yes, and we will say so. You are trading some of the price for skipping the repairs, the showings, the commission and the wait. If your house is close to ready and you can live with showings, listing will probably net you more, and we will tell you that on the walkthrough.
What if I have not found my next place yet?
That is the normal reason people need a later date. We can agree on a price now and close when you are ready to move.
Do I have to clean it out?
No. Take what matters to you and leave the rest, furniture included. Clearing houses out is part of what we do.
