The house is full. You do not have to empty it.
Most people stall here over the dumpster and the weekends, not the money. We have walked through hundreds of full houses. Nothing in yours will surprise us.
No cleaning, sorting or hauling. Take the things that matter to you. Everything left becomes ours at closing, garage and basement included.
There are no showings and nothing is posted online. If there is paperwork, photographs or anything else you want set aside, tell us and we will set it aside.

About this situation
Questions we get on these.
Do I have to be there for the walkthrough?
No. Plenty of owners hand over a key and get a call afterward. If you would rather not see the house again, you do not have to.
There is animal damage and an odor. Will you still buy it?
Yes. Odor and subfloor work are line items like any other, and we show you what we priced.
What happens to everything left inside?
We sort, donate what is usable and haul the rest. Anything you flag first gets set aside.
