Before and after: houses All Things Home bought and rebuilt in Sioux Falls
Bought as it sat, rebuilt top to bottom
Dated inside and out, carpet through the main floor, original kitchen and two original baths. Everything inside came out. New kitchen, new baths, floors through, new railings, and the outside brought up with it.

A house full of belongings
The owners left everything in it and the lower level was open framing. Nobody had to clear a room or lift a box. It emptied, then it got a kitchen, a bath, floors and a finished lower level.

Down to the studs
Plaster off, tile off, the bath opened to the block. Once a house is this far apart there is no hiding what is behind the walls, which is the point. Wiring, plumbing and surfaces all went back in new.

Lived in hard, then cleared and updated
A house that had been in one family a long while. The cabinets were sound so they stayed and got new counters instead of a dumpster. Everything that was worn out was replaced, and nothing that still worked was.

A kitchen and an entry
